Refund Policy

At FixivaHome, we offer a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days after receiving their item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at fixivahomes@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
